Description
Land lease for 10 acres of the Guadalupe M. Dominguez and Maria de los Reyes Dominguez allotments in Rancho San Pedro west of Western Avenue and fronting the same. The lease begins November 1, 1938 and ends October 31, 1939 with a yearly rent of $250. Additional text referring to subletting agreements and compliance with the California Alien Land Act-- requiring tenants to be United States born or naturalized citizens-- is added to the end of the agreement contract. The document is signed by the company and lessee.
