Photograph caption dated February 23, 1959 reads, "Daniel L. Turner, seated left, governor of Kiwanis International California - Nevada - Hawaii District, pays his official Valley visit to Divisions 16 and 25. Taking part in ceremonies were Rickard Norlander, seated right, lieutenant governor of Division 25, and, standing Harold M. Heimbaugh, past district governor; C. A. Monroe, past lieutenant governor of Division 16, and John J. Tuttle, lieutenant governor of Division 16. Dinner was at Sportsmen's Lodge."
