Description: The photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on March 19, 1983 states: "Boaters at Brown's Ravine prepared Friday for the Folsom Camellia Cup Regatta at Folsom Lake. The races, set to begin at 9:30 a.m. today and Sunday, are expected to draw about 300 boats to the competition put on by the Folsom Lake Yacht Club."
