Squier, left, youth services consultant, presents sportsmanship trophy to Harold Throckmorton, playground director of San Fernando Elementary School, and Norma Durazo, playleader. The award, sponsored by the Valley-East Elementary District recreation staff, was given to the school in recognition of its sportsmanship and citizenship in summer sports competition."
