Image shows group of gardeners standing near the Palos Verdes Garage (later the Palos Verdes Fire Station) in Malaga Cove Plaza. The north façade of the Gardner Building (La Casa Primera) is visible at left. Two businessmen in suits are visible standing behind the gardeners. The Gardner building, built by W.W.
