Description: The Christian Mission Hospital, Rajshahi, Bangladesh, February 1974. G. Soren, 14 years of age, underwent a plastic operation for burn injuries in childhood.The left arm was stuck up with the chest wall, and elbow/wrist joints were fixed in flexion in acute angles. (The operation team: Mr. H. N. Sarkar, Dr. Mrs. Khondakar, Dr. K.K. Sarkar, Mr. K.S. Biswas, Dr. Paul S. Baidya, Mr. I.B. Mondal, Dr. U.N. Malakar). After operation the patient is getting ready for discharge with full action of the left upper extremity.
