Description
Annotation translation: "Commentary to B.479: Rev Zimmer on treck in the boat Omega with Damang Andjas from Telok-Betong. Omega is a chinese boat which travels between Bandjermasin and Puruktjahu. The journey takes 6 days. Only on the last day can you see the first hills of inland Borneo. Once you are on the boat you look for a place to sit, and spread out your grass mat. On the mat goes a thin mattress, and above that a mosquito net. During the day you roll up your mattress, hitch up the mosquito net, and make yourself comfortable on your clean grass mat. Often many travellers sit around you, and there is time for all sorts of conversation. These are good opportunities for evangelisation."
