Photograph caption dated March 17, 1958 reads "Neighbor, left, comforts Mr. and Mrs. Jack Root, 3457 De la Cumbre Ave., Sherman Oaks, after landslide rolled into their kitchen leaving it in shambles. Jack Root was in garage at time of slide and was pushed out door with his car. His two children narrowly escaped being hurt."; See images #00121214 through #00121215 for all photos in this series.
