Description
A letter to Mr. C. W. Protzman informing him of the establishment of the Osaka Managerial Controls Research Association dedicated to the development of administrative and managerial theories application based on the teachings of the Civil Communications Section (CCS) lectures. The letter is signed by the Osaka conferees of the CCS industrial management lectures. The letter also contains handwritten notations.
