These men stand before a flag-bedecked backdrop, on which a sign indicates that the bonds have been sold to fund the Hetch Hetchy water project. Text written under photo: "Treasurer John McDougald transferring 5 million dollars in Bonds to Bank of Italy represantives [sic]." Also have negative no. (4x5 in.): 29,734.
