Description
A loose fitting men's jacket that crosses over the chest from left to right, and is buttoned with rope fasteners. Made of a black polyester fabric with no lining, its defining feature is the shape and the thin band of white, burgundy, black, and green appliquéd stripes around its front flap, hem, and sleeves. Original title from SEACRC: Man's jacket (probably HMong), banded edge (red, green, blue, white)
