Title supplied by cataloger. It was a big day September 14, for Mary Elizabeth Brown, daughter of movie comedian Joe E. Brown, for it was her ninth birthday and the circus came to town, as well. So her father put the two together for a circus party with her younger sister, Kathryn, 6. One of the thrills was when Milt Taylor, one of the Ringling clowns, came over to greet the party, as shown here (left to right): Kathryn, Joe E. Brown, Taylor and Mary Elizabeth.
