Description
Photograph of the dilapidated adobe Rancho Agua Hedionda in Carlsbad, ca.1930. The long, run-down adobe rancher, one of the four homes of Sylvester Marron, is pictured at center, situated on a plot of arid, tilled earth. The home is separated into two parts, joined together in a 90-degree angle, the longer of which is pictured at right with what appears to be a wooden addition extending from the back. Hills are visible in the background.
