Photograph article dated September 21, 1959 partially reads, "The Valley's senior practicing physician is the new president of the North Hollywood Kiwanis Club. He is Dr. Carroll Simons, 11555 Laurel Crest Dr., Studio City, who will head the club's slate of officers including Dr. Vinton Scott, vice president; Douglas White, secretary, and Chris Christiansen, treasurer. Dr. Simons, a graduate of the College of Medical Evangelists, Loma Linda at Redlands, and the White Memorial Hospital, has been a practicing physician and surgeon in the Valley since 1925."
