Bust-length portrait.
2013-0348.
Born in Indiana in 1869. Became interested in osteopathic profession, enrolled in Pacific College of Osteopathy where received a DO and DScO degree. Joined the faculty of Pacific College, teaching physiology and working as clinician. Eventually became head of Louisa Burns Osteopathic Research Laboratory. She died in 1958.
