Photograph caption dated August 1, 1961 reads, "Cliff Doolittle, who painted lettering on North Hollywood Lion Club's newly donated truck, joins Fred A,. (Pop) Morgan, manager of the Club's Salvage Store where truck will be used; Al Rediger, who donated the truck, and Serge Young, president of the club, in Lionizing the vehicle."
