Photograph caption dated August 7, 1956 reads "Many notables attended the ground-breaking ceremonies marking start of construction of Professional Building at 8780 Van Nuys Blvd., Panorama City, the main floor of which will house the Valley headquarters of the New York Life Insurance Company. Left to right above: Dr. Arthur S. Bossin, optometrist, who will have offices in the building; Morris C. Schrager, building owner; Gilbert L. Schultz, manager of N.Y. Life Valley office, and Dr. Wm. H. Trent, D.D.S., who will have offices there."
