Description
Demonstrators opposed to Pacific Palisades offshore drilling held rally at Will Rogers State Beach, from which they marched around on the beach, to the site of the proposed Oxy and returned to hear political speeches. They stopped on the spot off PCH, just across the road from the proposed drilling site of Pacific Palisades. Photograph dated October 16, 1988.
