Photograph of a garden at the home of Elwood Riggs in La Canada Flintridge, July 6, 1926. The garden can be seen in the foreground and is a large rectangular area filled with a wide variety of plants and bushes. Trees can be seen around the perimeter, near an adobe wall. In the foreground at right, a metallic ball can be seen on a pedestal. In the background, the two-story Spanish-style house is visible. The walls are light-colored and the roof is made of terracotta tiles.
