Photograph caption dated January 1, 1957 reads "Burbank beauties cluster around floral replica of Charles Lindbergh's plane, 'Spirit of St. Louis,' commemorating its record-making first solo flight across Atlantic Ocean. Riding on Burbank entry which won first place in class for cities of 90,000 to 200,000 were, from left, Delores Medina, Carole Upgraft and Martha Dragna, all 17. Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysees were landmarks for plane as it flew over blue floral sea.
