The photograph identifies this group as Pacific Gas and Electric Co. 3rd Fl. (Customer Records Dept.) clerical. 1100-K-Street Sacto. Another notation is Feb 1924 and HFT Age 46. The number 18254 is written on the photograph in the lower left corner.
