"Construction was well underway yesterday of the new Victory Boulevard and Riverside Drive bridge which spans the Los Angeles River. The span, 430 feet long, will cost $213,498 upon completion. The plans call for a 44-foot roadway. Photo diagram indicates location of cutoff and bridge site" -- Examiner clipping attached to verso, dated, "March 23, 1937". "Received.
