Kids get to do a lot of different things during their summer vacation, but putting graffiti all over a plastic sculpture is not usually one of them. Yani Stein, 5, was one youngster who was given a marking pen and a chance to decorate the transparent "Graffiti Box" at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Earlier, the museum's education department invited schoolchildren to help design the inflatable playpens. Photo dated: August 3, 1983.
