Description
A black and white photo of a very large pipe (sectioned) coming down a steep slope. The lower portion looks like it is put in place, but the sections have not yet been telescoped into place. Scaffolding, letters, etc. are around the pipe. Above is what looks like a wooden fence running perpendicular to the pipe, with a tower above and a small shed-type structure off to the side. Inscribed on the backside: "Las Plumas Power Plant"; "638".
