Description: "Pacific Telephone employees C. B. Hatler, left, and A. R. Schendel today raised the Minuteman Flag over the company's northern counties area headquarters building at 2700 Watt Avenue. The banner is awarded by the United States Treasury Department to firms 50 per cent of whose employes take part in a bond drive. In the northern area branch, 67.5 per cent of the employes participate in the program"
