Photograph was edited for publication purposes.
Photograph caption dated April 23, 1937 reads, "Judge rules she must prove existence of mate's 'other wife.'" Margaret Fillmore, sister of Mary Miles Minter, eloped with director Emmett Flynn in Yuma six weeks prior to her court appearance in Glendale seen here. Fillmore discovered that Flynn was already married and requested an annulment.
