Title supplied by cataloger. Photograph caption dated August 13, 1963 reads, "Mrs. Oliver J. Werner, wife of the pastor at the Sherman Oaks Methodist Church, stops to chat with table of women including Kay Wetzel, left, and her mother, Mrs. Walter Wetzel." The article partially reads, "In the garden of the Encino home of Belle A. Bouquet, members of the Woman's Society of Christian Service of the Sherman Oaks Methodist Church, dressed in their best afternoon attire, gathered for a luncheon and casual afternoon of fun. Guests sat at umbrella-shaded tables around the pool and chose their luncheons from a variety of foods on long, gaily decorated buffet tables. Cards, conversation and prizes completed the afternoon's activities."; See images #00131100 through #00131105 for all photos in this series.
