Description
Record of Survey of a portion of Lot 35, Rancho Santa Ana. Record indicates, "Plat of Subdivision of Rancho Santa Ana as Surveyed for Robinson Fawcett & Dean Oct. 1875." Shows a portion of Ventura and Ojai Boulevard, Prospect Street, and the Ventura and Ojai Valley Railroad. "Ventura & Ojai Blvd" may be Ventura Avenue and Ojai Avenue.
