Photograph of an exterior view of Chapman Park apartment building, [s.d.]. A sidewalk and street can be seen in the foreground. Chapman Park apartment building can be seen across the street. The five story apartment building appears to have a U-shaped floor plan. At the front entrance, a canopy can be seen extending out to the street. A park area can be seen to the left of the apartment building, and palm trees can be seen growing on the sidewalk, at regularly spaced intervals. Three automobiles can also be seen parked on the street. The hotel was located at 615 South Alexandria Avenue. It was designed by Morgan, Walls & Clements.
