Description
Two women are depicted with the one on the left facing away. The woman on the left wears a white ruched bonnet, trimmed with ribbons and lace and with a gray, long sleeved dress. Over this she wears a bright multicolored fringed shawl, pinned with a large round brooch. The shawl has a pink, blue, red, and yellow floral design of an eastern style. The woman on the right wears a white lace cap with dark green ribbons. Her lavender dress has a green bow at the waist. The dress has long narrow sleeves with white lace cuffs and lapels.
