Description

She holds a white handkerchief and a green book. Her bonnet is white with green and white ribbon. Her dress has a v-neck with a front closure, a natural waist, and long narrow sleeves. There is a paisley pattern down the center front of the bodice and skirt. The skirt has a line of teardrop buttons or decorations down the center. Her scarf has netting and fringe on the bottom edges and a darker pink floral design. The woman on the right wears a yellow bonnet, a white dress and a blue and black mantelet. She holds a white handkerchief. Her bonnet is decorated with white and yellow ribbon. The skirt of her dress has a wide gathered ruffle at about knee length. Her mantelet is a vivid blue material edged with a double line of black and has wide black lace at the edges.
