Description
Charles Handy interview article on his book, The Age of Paradox. Handy describes the changes occurring in organizations as discontinuous, indicating that large-scale organizations will no longer be the future, but that smaller organizations that link themselves together for different purposes are the way of the future. Handy also emphasizes that organizations should exist as communities to empower people and society, rather than solely serving shareholders and increasing profit.
