Photograph article dated January 23, 1959 reads, "Edward J. Molyneaux, principal at Mayall Street Elementary School, was vice principal at the Bassett Street School before his appointment this fall. Molyneaux travels to his new post at 16701 Mayall St., Granada Hills, from his residence at 1207 W. 78th St., Los Angeles. His hobby is gardening. Educated in Canadian schools and USC, Molyneaux served in the U.S. Navy from 1941 to 1946. He is a member of Phi Delta Kappa. In the Los Angeles schools system, Molyneaux began as a teacher at the 79th Street School in 1950. In 1954, he moved to the Sixth Avenue School and in 1957 to the Haskell Avenue School, where he served as vice principal for three years."
