Vehicles can be seen heading south on Flower Street, between 9th and Olympic. The high-rise building on the left is The Metropolitan. Referred to by locals simply as "The Met", this apartment building offers a selection of studio, one and two bedroom apartments. On the right side of the street is an electronic marquee displaying freeway information. It reads, "110 & 10 freeway use Grand". The Holiday Inn hotel is visible on the farthest right side of the photograph. Dated March 2000.
