Photograph caption dated August 20, 1940 reads, "Al Tannenbaum (not shown here) and Abe 'Kid Twist' Reles, alleged Brooklyn gangsters, today told the Los Angeles Grand Jury that 'Bugs' Siegel 'is a bigger man in the rackets than Louis Lepke ever was.' The two men were brought here to 'sing' about Siegel, who is accused of the 'rub-out' of Harry Schachter. Siegel was nabbed in a $200,000 mansion in Holmby Hills."
