Image of five elevated interior views of the Boston Theatre in Boston, Massachusetts, with a large center view from the stage looking into the audience during a performance, and four vignettes of the main entrance, the grand saloon and the ladies' saloon, and the grand staircase; with statues and theater masks decorating the border including a bust of William Shakespeare and two women in classical dress with one playing a harp.
Probable date based on date provided for copy held by the Boston Athenaeum according to the history of the proprietors. "Forbes Co. Boston--"text, bottom center margin.
