Nelson, Commander of Chevrolet-Los Angeles Post 690, of the American Legion, right, checks over sizeable contribution made to 20th District's Christmas Crusade fund with Chief Robert J. Flaherty (left), head of plant protection, and Dorothy Sheridan (seated). A fund drive to raise money to purchase suitable gifts for patients at the San Fernando Veterans Hospital will end today. The post is in the Chevrolet Assembly Plant at Van Nuys."
