Shows a multi-story Moderne architectural style building located on the corner of First and Spring streets. Completed July, 1935, Gordon B. Kaufmann, architect. Bas-relief sculptures and stylized eagles above north entrance sculpted by Merrell Gage. Stores and shops on ground level, automobiles, electric railroad, pedestrians on street.
