Description
Annotation translation: "Place for sacrifice to the ancestors. Every village has one such hut. The information which the Dayaks have about the origins of the huts give some indication as to the region from which their forefathers came to their present place." Annotation: "Opferstätte für die Ahnen. Jedes Dorf hat 1 solche Hütte. Aus den Angaen der Dajak über die Herkunft der Hütte kann geschlossen werden auf die Gegend aus der die Vorfahren eingewandert sind."
