Exterior view of the "North-South" Freeway under construction at 3rd Street between I and J Streets in Sacramento. This freeway would become the I-5 Freeway once completed. It separates Old Sacramento from downtown. In this view the Southern Pacific Railroad shops are on the right. Jibboom Street Bridge is on the far left by the water tank. The Southern Pacific Hospital is directly below the tank.
