Description
Photograph article dated June 20, 1964 partially reads, "Robert J. Steckbauer, a lieutenant since May, 1961, after joining the force in 1948, was named captain. Lt. David E. McIntyre replaces Steckbauer, while Don S. Tutich was named sergeant to complete the chain of promotions... McIntyre is a seven-year veteran with the department, while Tutich came to Burbank in 1958." Pictured is Lt. David E. McIntyre.; See image #00118265 for additional photo in this series.
