Description
An interview with Victor (Tony) Ruiz, an employee for Southern Pacific in Sacramento, California from 1943-1987. Ruiz worked in the Sacramento Shops as a Carman in Car Shop 9 (Freight Cars) and Car Shop 3 (Passenger Cars), as well as several other shops. Ruiz was a long time Union Representative and President of several unions. He was Chairman of the Shop Crafts Federation.
