Photograph of Father Superior Peter Wallischeck in Mission Santa Barbara cemetery, ca.1898. He is wearing the Franciscan habit with cords hanging nearly to floor. He holds an open book with his hands and stares off to the right. Father Superior stands behind a large succulent plant, and a row of small trees and plants can be seen at left.
