Charles writes Ken saying that he has looked everywhere for information that may be helpful data on the first (Tokyo) class attendance and on the other programs Charles instituted, but he hasn't found any. Charles discusses the attendees of the Osaka welcome in 1967, and the decision to extend the program to banking, pharmaceuticals, iron and steel, and glass and other electrical manufacturing companies. He goes on to say that he will continue to look for anything else, and suggests contacting the Japan Industrial & Vocational Training Association for information. The letter is handwritten.
