Description
Shown in 1932 is the Sacramento County Hospital’s administrative building at 2221 Stockton Blvd. Opened in 1929, the building was one of several new additions to the hospital to modernize the facility and to meet the needs of Sacramento’s growing population. This structure was incorporated into an expansion wing of the hospital in 1950. In 1973 Sacramento County transferred ownership of the hospital to the University of California at Davis.
