Description
This film captures part of the events and activities that were held in connection with the 1957 Founding of LPA, April 3-4, in Reno Nevada. The meeting participants are shown at the front entrance of the Rivershide Hotel preparing to march in a parade, two blocks in length, accompanied by a local High School Band.
