Description
Sacramento resident Cy Rickards participated in the Vietnam War as a member of the United States Military. Born in the American Northeast, Rickards finds his way to the Front Range of Colorado and the US Air Force Academy, which launches a career in military intelligence that includes stops in both Germany and Vietnam. From there, he opts for a career in law -- always present is a mindful appreciation for the concept of public service, engendered by the message of JFK.
