Photograph article date stamped October 27, 1962 partially reads, "Ray Bishop watched his Pierce College football team stumble and fumble to a 14-0 halftime disadvantage, and then delivered one of the shortest halftime talks on record. It consisted of two words. Apparently they were the right words, because the Brahmas stormed back to score two touchdowns in the third quarter and treated their homecoming guests to a 16-14 Western State Conference win over Pasadena City College." Photograph caption reads, "Pierce College's Walt Newton scores game-winning touchdown - Pasadena's Bill Schowen (15) and Aubrey Duncan are too late to make stop."
