(Duke) Wellington (left), Burbank resident, is being held in Burbank jail today on bad check charges following his arrest yesterday and questioning on him the 'Black Dahlia' murder case. He was unable to give any help in the butcher slaying. At right is H. D. MacDonald, Burbank detective in charge of investigation."
