Windows are visible on each story, and a sign reading "Visalia" is at the center of the first story overhanging roof. Many people, horses, and wagons visible in front of the train at left. A low wall runs left to right in front. A palm tree trunk stands at left with a sign fixed to it reading, "The North Half of this Park Reserved for Ladies and Escorts". Grass is visible in the foreground up to the wall, while trees and a few utility poles are spaced throughout.
